A message from Pastor Matt.

God blessed us greatly in 2006. We have had a wonderful music program, a
delightful Christmas program and a wonderful spirit among our congregation.
Souls have been saved and lives have been changed. Some new members have
joined our church and, sadly, others have moved away temporarily. The Lord,
though, is good and never left us in need very long.

The year 2007 promises to hold even more blessings. Through visitation we will
reach out into this needy community and beyond. Because of your faithfulness, we
have reached over half of our goal and will soon be fulfilling our obligations to the
missionaries that we support around the world. The Lord has certainly provided for
us here at South Park Baptist Church and we have for years been able to support
missionaries in other parts of the world. Bringing people to Christ has always been
the first love of Jesus and He has put that burden on the hearts of those that love
him.

Our hope and prayer is that God will bless you and your family throughout this
year. We want you to know that we are there for you as you have been there for us.
We want to think you in advance for your continued support. As your Pastor and
friend, please know that God has given me a wonderful love for all of  you, as a
congregation, as friends, and as a personal friend. I will continue to pray for the
Lord's blessings and protection for each of you.
